Best Stuffed Flank Steak Recipe

Stuffed Flank Recipe:

Stoltzfus Meats makes a delicious Homemade Flank steak stuffed with Spinach and Provolone Cheese with a blend of salt, pepper and garlic spices rolled up for your tastebuds!

Preferred option:

Slice stuffed flank in 1-1/2inch slices. Pan fry with olive oil on high heat 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked through! DELIOCUS!

Baking:

Brush the top with olive oil. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, turn oven back to 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes out of the oven and then slice.

Note: If the cheese runs out during the oven process take a knife and smear over top of the flank steak.
